Kentucky Territory Manager
Job Summary:
The Territory Manager is a key customer-facing sales employee, who will be responsible for incremental business growth for their assigned territory. The Territory Manager will actively seek opportunities to grow new relationships, while retaining current partnerships. They will partner with the admin. team to provide our dealer partners an outstanding personal experience.
Primary Duties:
– Review our dealer partner’s performance and provide solutions for improving market share.
– Identify opportunities for growth.
– Create and implement a consultive sales/marketing plan.
– Manage the portfolio.
– Grow a profitable portfolio while managing loss.
– Have the ability to make collection calls if asked to.
– Understand basic state laws pertaining to the independent auto dealer in the assigned territory.
– Develop and strengthen relationships with our dealer partners over the phone, through contact, including in person meetings.
– Partner with admin. and auditors to educate our partners on the 1st Choice software.
– Inform and educate dealer partners of 1st Choice policies and procedures.
– Demonstrate professionalism, strong ethics, and a sincere appreciation for the business partner.
– Function as a solid team player and work closely with teammates, auditors, and admin to create a superior customer experience.
– Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
– High School Diploma and some college education required.
– Proven success in the sales field.
– Previous experience in the car business or finance industry a plus.
– Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to detail.
– Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
– Valid Driver License and subject to DMV check.
– Subject to drug and background check.
