In order to protect our employees and business partners, 1st Choice Financial Services has adopted the following policy related to the Covid-19 crisis.
At the start and end of each day, all employees will disinfect and sanitize their vehicle and work space.
We will be limiting the number of partners inside our office building to one partner at a time. Other partners will be asked to wait in their vehicle until the previous partner has left.
All partners entering the building must be wearing a protective mask prior to entering.
Partners will be asked to wait in the main foyer area for an employee to assist them. No partners will be permitted inside the 1st Choice office.
When a field employee arrives at a partner’s dealership or other place of business, they will put on a mask and sanitize their hands.
While conducting business at a partner’s dealership or other place of business, we will maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet and will avoid all contact with people.
When requesting documents from a partner in person, other than titles, we will ask them to lay it on a flat surface and we will take a photo of it without touching it.
When leaving the dealership, we will sanitize our hands and anything touched before removing our mask.
Territory Managers will make appointments when possible and avoid “cold call” type visits.
Auditors will email or text a copy of the audit reconciliation to the partner instead of leaving a paper copy.
No additional passengers will be allowed in our vehicles.
